First Step: Sign Waiver
WAIVER
In order to enter our facility, whether climbing or not, all visitors must sign a liability release waiver or have a current copy of one on file. Waivers can be done online, in order to save time during check-in, or in person at our waiver station kiosks.
We will verify waiver info with photo ID. Please use your full legal name, that matches your government issued ID.
Visitors under the age of 18 must have a waiver filled out by their parent and that parent's ID will verify minor's waiver. Completed and verified waivers are valid for 2 years.
Next Step: Orientations
ORIENTATIONS
Everyone who visits our facility will need to participate in a full gym orientation, so please arrive 15 minutes early for this process. Orientations include a full tour around the facility and an overview of general facility information. You’ll also need time to get outfitted with your harness and climbing shoes.
Depending on the style of climbing you wish to do, you will need to demonstrate specific climbing proficiencies. For more information on the types of climbing, check out our climbing page. Check out our FAQ page as well.
